Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Orders under CHF 55: standard shipping fee applies at checkout
• Orders of CHF 55 or more: free shipping

Orders delivered within Switzerland typically arrive within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Carriers 

We ship via Swiss Post and selected carriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Failed Delivery
Geranium Boutique cannot be held responsible for delivery errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer at the time of purchase, nor for any damages or delays occurring after handover to a carrier arranged by the customer that was not offered or recommended by us.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful or the parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, the goods will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt or agree on an alternative course of action. Unless otherwise agreed, any additional delivery attempt will be at the customer's expense.
