What materials is your jewellery made of?
Crafted for everyday wear, our jewellery is resistant to tarnishing, discolouration, and rust. We use premium recycled stainless steel, 18K PVD gold plating and genuine 925 sterling silver, never cheap metals like brass or zinc alloy or harmful substances like nickel or lead.

Will the jewellery tarnish or turn my skin green?
Nope! Our stainless steel is rust-proof and tarnish-resistant. However, to best preserve its beauty, avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals such as perfumes or cleaning agents.
Note: 925 sterling silver, being a natural material, may oxidise over time. This is a normal and easily reversible process. Using specialised cloths or silver cleaning solutions, you can easily restore its original shine.
Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Both stainless steel and 925 sterling silver are hypoallergenic, making them an excellent choice for sensitive skin or metal allergies.
Is 925 sterling silver real silver?
Yes! 925 sterling silver is made of 92.5% pure silver blended with 7.5% alloy for added strength. It’s the standard for high-quality silver jewellery - durable, beautiful, and perfect for everyday wear.

What if I do not like my order? Can I return it?
Yes, simply submit a request via our Contact Form, including your order number and the reason for your return.
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return or exchange policy (excluding earrings, which are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, gift cards and personalised products). To be eligible, items must be in “as new” condition, with original packaging and all labels attached. Check out our return policy for more info.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers returning orders due to a change of mind are responsible for return shipping costs. We cover return shipping only for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
What if my jewellery arrives damaged or faulty?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take clear photographs of the item and email them to our customer support team so we can resolve the matter promptly.
What countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working hard to expand our delivery options and will update this page as soon as we ship to more countries.
Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout as soon as your order is placed.
If you have not received it within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder just in case it was filtered there.

How long does it take to ship my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of purchase. During peak times, such as sales or special promotions, dispatch may take a little longer due to the higher volume of orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method chosen at checkout, and seasonality (such as holidays or peak shopping periods).

Can I change my shipping address or order details after placing my order?
We understand that sometimes shipping details need updating. Because we process orders quickly to dispatch within two working days, please contact our customer support team within 5 hours of placing your order via our Contact Page, including your order number and the word “Address Update” in the subject line.
If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address or order details. In that case, you may need to contact the carrier directly or initiate a return once the order arrives.
To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand plans can change! Because we aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of purchase, cancellation requests must be made within 5 hours or less of placing your order to stop processing before shipping.
To cancel, please contact our friendly customer support team as soon as possible via our Contact Page, including your order number and the word “Cancellation” in the subject line.
Please note: If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it, but you may return the item following our Returns Policy. During busy periods like sales or promotions, orders are processed quickly, so please get in touch promptly if you need to cancel.
Where is my refund?
We aim to process all refunds within four working days after we receive your returned item. However, please note that your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 working days to complete the refund and show the amount in your account.
To ensure a smooth experience, please allow up to 14 working days from the date you post your return before contacting us about your refund. We’ll send you an email as soon as your refund has been processed.
