WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently we only ship to the UK.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free across the UK.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Shipping times will always vary depending on where you live and whether you are making a purchase during a busy holiday season. But, generally deliveries take between two to seven working days.
DO YOU RESTOCK EVERY BAG?
No, we cannot guarantee the restock of every product because we cannot predict their performance on the market and the production and shipping costs are too high. That is why some bags are limited editions.
We also do this because we like to offer fresh ideas and new designs to our customers, introducing new models carefully selected through extensive market research.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE THE BAGS MADE OF?
All our bags are cruelty free. We use PU leather, a synthetic material that aims to replicate the look and feel of traditional leather, but with a reduced environmental impact.
PU leather offers a wide range of design possibilities and exceptional durability and is easy to clean.
HOW CAN I CLEAN MY BAG?
We recommend using a damp cloth or delicate cleansing milk gently.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can return your order within 30 days from delivery. If you would like to return your order please contact our customer service at help@geraniumonlineboutique.com.
